Corrections

Corrections Process

Corrections are assessed against the exact published statement and the strongest available current source, not against an unsupported replacement claim.

How to report an error

Identify the page, quote or describe the disputed text, and provide a direct regulator or operator source with the date observed. Explain whether the issue is a factual error, a stale instruction, a broken source, or a calculation problem.

  • Do not include subscriber credentials or confidential account data.
  • Prefer a direct page, terms document, tariff notice, or regulator publication over a search-result snippet.
  • State any country, plan, customer, device, or time restriction visible in the evidence.

Review outcome

The review may confirm the page, correct it, add missing context, replace an unavailable source, or mark the claim unresolved. Material changes update the page date and can include a correction note when the earlier wording could have affected a reader's decision.
