Get operator help
If self-service does not work, dial 300 from the relevant network or use the operator support page.
If the balance looks wrong
Use the balance returned by the operator account, message or app. If the menu or code differs from this guide, check the linked source or contact the operator before retrying.
- The NCC market table used here is current to April 2026; it does not establish that every operator instruction will remain unchanged after this guide's check date.
- T2's official pages currently contain a mixture of T2, MyT2, 9mobile and Ig9ite naming, so confirm the branding shown on your SIM or account before continuing.
- Codes and app menus can vary by plan or account. If a method fails, use the operator support route before trying repeated requests.
