How to buy data and check your balance in Nigeria

Official balance-check methods

Airtel

Dial *312# to choose and buy a data plan. Check the remaining balance with *323# or in the My Airtel app.

MTN

Dial *312# to buy a bundle, or use myMTN NG, Zigi or the MTN eShop. Check the balance with *323*4#, *310#, SMS 2 to 323, myMTN NG or Zigi.

Glo

Dial *312#, send MENU to 312, use Glo Cafe or visit hsi.glo.com to buy data. Check the balance with *323*0#, through *312#, by sending info to 312, or in Glo Cafe or hsi.glo.com.

T2

Dial *312#, use the T2 website or MyT2, or visit a T2 experience centre to buy data. Check the balance with *323# or *312*2#.

Get operator help

If self-service does not work, dial 300 from the relevant network. Each operator also publishes additional contact channels on its official support page.
