Airtel

Dial *544*3# to check the balance for Smarta bundles, or check in the My Airtel app.

Telkom

Dial *131#, or open *544# and choose My Account, to check the account or bundle balance described by Telkom support.

Equitel

Equitel does not publish a dedicated data-balance code on the cited bundle page. Use official account tools only as account-balance routes, or contact support for clarification.

Faiba Mobile

Track usage in Faiba Connect or sign in to the Faiba self-care account.

Get operator help

If an app, menu or code does not match your account, use the relevant operator support channel before retrying.

If the balance looks wrong

Use the balance returned by the operator account, message or app. If the menu or code differs from this guide, check the linked source or contact the operator before retrying.

  • The five-provider scope comes from the Communications Authority's Q3 FY 2025/26 sector report and can change in later periods.
  • Equitel's cited official pages do not state a dedicated data-balance USSD code, so this guide does not infer one.
  • Menus and app options can vary by plan or account. If a method fails, use the linked operator support route before trying again.
