Safaricom
Dial *544# or use the MySafaricom app to buy a bundle. Some Safaricom offers also publish product-specific web or app routes.
Airtel
For Amazing data bundles, dial *544# or use My Airtel. Smarta also supports *334# and payment with airtime or mobile money. Confirm the plan, expiry and renewal choice before paying.

Telkom
Dial *544# to buy prepaid mobile data and follow the current operator menu.
Equitel
Dial *544#, use the Equitel SIM Toolkit, or use the Equity app to buy a bundle.
Faiba Mobile
Use Faiba Connect or the official Faiba online-payment portal. On VoLTE-enabled devices, Faiba also lists *544# to buy bundles and *111# for the main prepaid menu.

If an app, menu or code does not match your account, use the relevant operator support channel before paying.
Before you pay
Read the operator's confirmation before approving the purchase. Check the price, everyday data, restricted extras, validity and whether the bundle renews automatically.
- The five-provider scope comes from the Communications Authority's Q3 FY 2025/26 sector report and can change in later periods.
- Equitel's cited official pages do not state a dedicated data-balance USSD code, so this guide does not infer one.
- Bundle prices, allowances, eligibility and renewal terms can change. Confirm the final details in the operator's official menu, app or website before paying.
